Refund policy

Return:

If your product is defective or not working properly, please send us the damaged photo or short video within 14 days after receiving the product, and then we will You send replacement goods (free of charge).

Exchange:

We only approve replacement if the item is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us or email us rdinfinitytech@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving the product.

Refund:

We believe in our products and offer a 14-day refund policy. However, for the total value of each order, we only provide a half refund (for example, if the total value of the order is HKD$700, then you will get HKD$350 Refund).

To return the goods, please email rdinfinitytech@gmail.com and provide reasonable evidence. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or deny the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
